I like the attire, the hair pin and jacket present a female viking/warrior look. I also like how you made her eyes blue because if she is indeed a viking it shows that you cared enough about your character to know that all vikings have blue eyes. There are three things thought that I think you can improve on; the shading on this peace is not the best but definitely not the worst the highlights over the shading looks weird but if you still want to use the highlights the shading should be a made by a blend tool using a light color in a slightly higher hue to look as professional as possible the same as if you decide to not use the highlights, the anatomy of the face is little off too the eyes, nose, and mouth are a little off center and the chin is a bit crooked to align the face make a line from the top of the head to the chin and another from one ear to the other both on a layer behind the head and align the face with it when you are done you can delete the layer with the + on it, and lastly put more personality into it a good picture needs some sort of a feel to it making the character have a unique expression or pose would make the picture have more of a personality. I hope I don't sound to harsh.
